Inspired by the beauty of the Bluegrass and love of horses, Delight Hanover moved to Kentucky from California in 2000 and purchased her first farm, on Paris Pike, just north of Lexington. She enlarged and remodeled the house, renovated a 10-stall foaling barn, built two jumping arenas, and began to breed Thoroughbreds and train hunter-jumpers. In 2006, her breeding operation had expanded to the point where she needed more land, so she purchased 95 acres on Russell Cave Road and began converting it into a horse farm. As she now puts the final touches on restoration of the historic Pine Grove Farm, Delight is combining her love of horses and developing farms to work for you as an agent for Kirkpatrick & Company.
